Complaints Procedure

Step One

  • If you are unhappy with your experience, please email office@OGsourced.com with a detailed explanation of why you are unhappy.

  • We will acknowledge your response within 7 days, and will provide a written resolution within 10 days​

Step Two

  • If you are unhappy with your resolution, please email office@OGsourced.com with a detailed explanation of why you are unhappy.

  • We will acknowledge your response within 7 days, and will take your complaint to the directors to see if there is anything more we can do​

Step Three

  • If you are unhappy with your resolution, we are registered with the Property Investors Mediation Service (P.I.M.S) where you can raise a complaint to be resolved by a mediation service. Please click the link below.
